Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If the wrong product is shipped to you. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. We may ask for photographic proof of the damage or incorrect product before proceeding with the refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the amount will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used medicines and supplements.
- Custom products made to order.
